Each time you tap an occupied pad, the Play Type will be toggled between One-shot and Loop,
and the color of the pad will show the new state.
The Pad Matrix in Play Type sub-mode. The green pads are Loops and the blue ones are One-shots. One of the pads is unlit
— it is empty.
4.7.4 Changing the Sample Trigger Type
The Trigger Type of a Sample determines whether it has a gated or a latched behavior. A gated
Sample will only play while you hold the pad down — releasing the pad causes the Sample to
stop. A latched Sample, by contrast, continues to play after you release the pad.
►
To enter Trigger Type sub-mode, press and release the TYPE (PITCH) button and turn the
encoder knob until you see "tr" on the Display.
When you select the Trigger Type sub-mode, the pads light up to show the Trigger Type of the
Samples:
• Latched: pad is purple.
