The following controls will not be accessible when Size mode is active:
• SYNC (MASTER)
• QUANT (EDIT)
• CAPTURE (DELETE)
• REVERSE (COLOR)
• TYPE (PITCH)
• (SPEED)
• BROWSE (MIDI)

To activate Size mode, simply press the SIZE (SPEED) button.

When activated, the button blinks and all other mode buttons turn off.
4.9.1 Setting a Sample to Full Length Playback
If you wish to quickly set a Sample to play at its full length:
1. Enter Size mode by pressing the SIZE (SPEED) button.
2. Press and hold the desired pad.
3. Press and release the encoder knob.

Setting a Sample to full length playback in this way simply sets the end marker to the
end.
4.9.2 Adjusting the Sample End Position
To change the End Marker position:
1. Enter Size mode by pressing the SIZE (SPEED) button.
2. Press and hold the pad representing the Sample you want to edit.
3. Move the Sample End position by turning the encoder knob one tick to the left (counter-
clockwise) to cut the Sample length by half or one tick to the right (clockwise) to double
the Sample length.
