In order for Pitch mode to work, make sure Keylock is enabled for the Slot (↑4.13.3, Key-
lock).
4.8.1 Activating Pitch Mode
To activate Pitch mode:

Press and hold SHIFT, then press and release TYPE (PITCH).
When Pitch mode is active, both the SHIFT and the TYPE (PITCH) buttons will blink on and
off.
You can exit Pitch mode by pressing both the SHIFT and TYPE (PITCH) buttons or by pressing
TYPE (PITCH) button alone.
Activate Pitch mode by pressing SHIFT and TYPE (PITCH).
4.8.2 Setting the Pitch with the Encoder
To change the pitch of a Sample:
1. Enter Pitch mode by pressing SHIFT + TYPE (PITCH).
2. Press and hold the pad you wish to change — you'll see the current pitch value on the
display.
