Press SHIFT and the CAPTURE (DELETE) button together to enter Delete mode.
When you enter Delete mode (by holding SHIFT, then holding the CAPTURE (DELETE)
button), you can release either the SHIFT button or the CAPTURE (DELETE) button
without leaving Delete mode. This makes it a little easier to carry out a "one-handed de-
letion" of a Sample without twisting your fingers too much!
To leave Delete mode:
►
Release both the SHIFT and the CAPTURE (DELETE) buttons.
4.5.2 Deleting a Single Sample
To delete a single Sample:
►
Press the desired pad while in Delete mode. The Sample Cell will immediately be
cleared.
4.5.3 Deleting a Page of Samples
To delete an entire page of Samples:
►
Press the encoder knob while in Delete mode.
→
You'll see an animation showing the entire page being obliterated.
4.5.4 Deleting the Entire Remix Deck
Sometimes you'll want to delete all contents and re-initialize a Remix Deck, a process also
known as "unloading" a Remix Deck. This is similar to deleting a page of Samples. To delete
(unload) an entire Remix Deck:
