Attach the Top Panel (J) using two

sets of Wooden Dowels (10) and

two sets of 1/4” x 1/2” Flat Washers

(6), 1/4” x 3/8” Spring Washers

(5), and 1/4” x 1-3/16” Hex Button

Head Bolts (1) on each side of

the Panel. Secure the top of the

Panel using a set of 1/4” x 1/2” Flat

Washers (6), 1/4” x 3/8” Spring

Washers (5), and 1/4” x 2-3/4” Hex

Button Head Bolts (4).
