Step 1 Let’s get this thing fired up! Please take a moment to match the sticker on the bottom of the chair back with the sticker on the corner block. Once aligned, attach the Seat Cushion (B) to the Chair Back (A). Secure by placing a ¼ inch Flat Washer (5) down first, then a ¼ inch Lock Washer (4), followed by a ¼ x 1½ inch Hex Button Head Bolt (1). Tighten using the Allen Key (7). Do NOT overtighten hardware.
Step 2 Now let’s secure those legs in place! Consider this your workout of the day. Secure by placing a ¼ inch Flat Washer (5) down first, then a ¼ inch Lock Washer (4), followed by a ¼ by 3⅛ inch Hex Button Head Bolt (3). Tighten using the Allen Key (7). Do NOT overtighten hardware.
Step 3 Match the sticker on the bottom of the front chair legs with the sticker on the corner blocks before tightening hardware. Once matched, secure by placing a ¼ inch Flat Washer (5) down first, then a ¼ inch Lock Washer (4), followed by a ¼ x 2⅜ inch Hex Button Head Bolt (2). Tighten using the Allen Key (7). Do NOT overtighten hardware.
Step 4 Last, but not least, screw on the Front Footrest (E) and Side Stretchers (F) using the 4 x 1 ½ inch Phillips Flat-Head Screws (6) and a Phillips head screwdriver. We told you this was going to be easy! Do NOT overtighten hardware.
