Grease and excess drippings pass through to the drip pan, located beneath the gas grill and accumulate. To clean, slide the drip pan free of the grill. Never line the drip pan with aluminum foil, sand or any other material as this could prevent the grease from flowing properly. The pan should be scraped out with a putty knife or scraper.

FR ! Nettoyage De L’intérieur Du Gril: Enlevez les grilles de cuisson. Utilisez une brosse en laiton pour enlever les débris non-incrustés sur les côtés de la cuve et à l’intérieur du couvercle. Nettoyez tous les débris qui se trouvent à l’intérieur du gril en les faisant tomber dans le tiroir d’égouttement. Nettoyage Du Tiroir D’égouttement : Sortez le tiroir d’égouttement pour en faciliter le nettoyage. Il devrait être nettoyé fréquemment afin d’éviter une accumulation de graisse.
Pour ajuster le volet d’air: 1. Desserrez la vis de verrouillage du volet d’air située sous le boîtier du panneau de contrôle et ouvrez ou fermez le volet d’air selon le cas. Le réglage normal pour le brûleur en tube est de 1/16” (1.5mm). 2. Allumez le brûleur et réglez-le à “high”. Inspectez visuellement les flammes. Lorsque le volet est réglé, fermez le brûleur et serrez la vis de verrouillage. Prenez soin de ne pas déplacer le volet d’air en serrant la vis de verrouillage.
