Power cycle your lights by unplugging them from power and then plugging them back in.
Try toggling your Bluetooth o and back on. No luck? Try restarting the app you’re using to control your lights,
or restarting your entire device.
Make sure that your lights weren’t turned o by a physical switch such as a power bar. If this is the case, this
would make them powered down and unresponsive.
The Nanoleaf Essentials devices only have a factory reset mechanism. This resets all user pairing and network
information. This is performed dierently between bulbs and light strips. “Turn o/on” refers to physically
powering on/o the device with a switch.

Turn your bulb o for 3 seconds, then turn it
back on for no more than 3 seconds.
Repeat this for a total of 5 cycles.
If successful, the bulb will flash red 3 times.
Hold the Power and Brighten (+) buttons
together for 5 seconds.
If successful, the strip will flash white 3 times.
