2.2.17 Virtual keyboard
Mode 1: Characters between 0x20 and 0xFF are output by virtual keyboard mode which is
not supported in the current keyboard layout.Characters between 0x00 and 0x1F are output
according to control character definition.（See Appendix）
Mode 2：Characters between 0x20 and 0xFF are output by virtual keyboard.Characters
between 0x00 and 0x1F are output according to control character definition.（See Appendix）
Mode 3：Characters used between 0x00 and 0xFF are output by virtual keyboard.
Disable virtual keyboard（ default）
Enable virtual keyboard（mode 1）
