5. Routing configuration within converters
In The Mytek 8X192 ADDA SOURCE TO DIGITAL OUT
defines sources of audio signals that are sent from converter
to ProTools system and all other digital outputs (all outputs
are simultaneous). SOURCE TO ANALOG OUT defines
sources of audio signals that are transmitted to the DAC in
the converter.
6. I/O signal configuration
In Setup > I/O Setup you can assign signal sources to
interfaces.
7. Input selection – start of recording
Choose preconfigured inputs and outputs in Pro Tools, test
record, and then playback of selected audio tracks.
Remember that 8x192
ADDA converter has eight
channels. Selecting
channels 9-16 as audio
sources will result in no
signal (digital silence).
