7. Incidents solution
7.1. Usual incidents
INCIDENT
The device does not turn on.
SOLUTION
It may be a problem of lack of charge, this will have to open the back cover of the sensor and
replace the batteries. If it still does not work, you will have to change the device and take the
damaged one to MYSPHERA.
INCIDENT
When you open the application, one of the sensors does not appear.
SOLUTION
Contact the installation company to verify if the sensor has been configured correctly.
INCIDENT
One of the presence sensors doesn’t detect.
SOLUTION
Possible fault of the presence sensor, it will be necessary to change the device and send the fault
to MYSPHERA.
INCIDENT
Do not open the application.
SOLUTION
When this error occurs, it must be verified that the multimedia device has a 3G connection. If not,
you will have to find a site with good coverage or change the SIM available to the multimedia
device.
