CAUSES
Can’t connect it to my
WiFi
1. Your WiFi does not meet the network requirements
2. The camera is not within WiFi distance
3. The red indicator was not blinking when you connect the
camera to the network
4. You refused the necessary permissions request of the
App
Image is delayed/black,
or
the camera disconnected
1. The WiFi signal nearby the camera is not strong enough
2. The WiFi network is not stable
3. You’re watching via a slow network
4. Power failure or the camera is powered off
No Motion Detection &
Playback
You didn’t insert a TF card before the camera is powered on
Does not recognize my
card
The card is not installed before the camera is powered on
Motion Detection is too
sensitive
Please adjust the sensitivity in the [Message Settings] in the
App
The Green Status LED is
annoying
Please turn it off in the App Settings
Can’t power it on
1. Power failure
