Good to Know
 The power adapter and car charger still consume power after they have been
disconnected from the navigation device and while plugged into the wall outlet or cigarette
lighter.
 When charging the battery for the very first time, you should charge it for at least 8 hours.
 When you connect the AC adapter to charge the battery after the battery power has been
fully depleted, wait for at least one minute if you need to turn on the device.
 Your device uses a small amount of battery power to maintain its data when you switch it
off. If you don’t charge it for a prolonged period of time then you will lose this data and your
device will re-start with default configurations. Your settings will however, be maintained.
You can tell it’s time to charge your device when the battery indicator turns orange.
 To protect your device against sudden surges in current, connect the car charger only after
the car engine has been started.
Safety first
 Use a specified charger approved by the manufacturer. Using a different charger may
cause malfunction and damage or accidents.
 This product is intended to be supplied by a LISTED Power Unit marked with “LPS”,
“Limited Power Source” and output rated + 5 V DC / 2 A”.
 Use only the power adapter and charger as well as the battery supplied with your device.
