Storage
For daily storage as well as for long-term storage, a dry place is best. Keep the device away
from children. As loss of data will occur upon full discharge of the battery, recharge the battery
periodically, even when you are not going to use the device.
Disposal
Dispose of the device packaging material separately, sorted by material. Do no allow any
children to play with the packaging. Children must not be allowed to play with the plastic bags,
as they may cause a choking hazard. Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be
disposed of in with domestic waste. According to the current legislation, the user must return
batteries and rechargeable batteries to public collecting centres or at any shops selling batteries
after they are exhausted. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked by an icon
showing a crossed-out trash container. Dispose of your navigation device (without the battery)
and its accessories according to local current regulations. For more information, contact your
