Trouble-shooting
Situation Possible Cause Measures
No response when
START button pressed
l Dead battery l Replace new batteries
l Incorrect insertion of batteries l Conrm correct insertion of batteries
Keypad lock mode ON
l Press START for 3 seconds to deactivate
keypad lock mode
l Circuit error
l Contact store where safe was purchase
Alarm continues ringing
and safe does not work
l 5 times wrong password input
l Enter correct password or wait 3 minutes
until automatic alarm stops
