6 myEthernet Firmware aktualisieren
Unter der Firmware ist die gesamte Software zu verste-
hen, die den Mikrocontroller ATmega644P steuert. Dar-
unter fallen der Webserver, der Start- und Initialisierungs-
vorgang, die Kommunikation über das Netzwerk mit dem
ENC28J60, die Schnittstelle zur MicroSD-Karte und die
Regelung der Ausgabe- bzw. Eingabepins inklusive ihrer
Zusatzfunktionen (UART, SPI, TWI).
Das Brennen oder Flashen der Firmware auf den Mikro-
controller ATmega644P ist mit dem mySmartUSB MK2
oder zum ISP-Anschluss kompatiblen Geräten durchführ-
bar. Dabei wird ein 10poliges ISP Connect-Kabel mit dem
myEthernet verbunden.
Die aktuellste Version der Firmware ist auf unserer Web-
seite im Download-Bereich zu finden. Unter
http://www.myavr.info/download/ können alle Downloads
nach „myEthernet“ durchsucht werden. In der Liste der
Treffer ist ein Eintrag zur Firmware enthalten.
6 Update the myEthernet firmware
To the firmware belongs the whole software which
control the microcontroller ATmega644P. These
include the web server, the start and initialization, the
communication via the network with the ENC28J60,
the interface to the microSD card and the regulation of
the output or input pins inclusive additional options
(UART, SPI, TWI).
The burning or flashing of the firmware on the
microcontroller ATmega644P is possible with a
mySmartUSB MK2 or with devices which are
compatible to the ISP connection. Thereby a 10 pole
ISPcable will be connected with the myEthernet.
You can find the actually version of the firmware under
download. You can search for all downloads of the
myEthernet under
http://www.myavr.info/download/.
An entry to the firmware is contained in the list of the
hits.
Mit dem Programm myAVR ProgTool kann die *.elf
Datei auf das myEthernet gebrannt werden. Beachten
Sie dabei die richtigen Einstellungen im Reiter „Hard-
ware“. Ein Beispiel zur automatisch gefundenen Hard-
ware ist im obigen Bild zu sehen.
Der Brennvorgang nimmt einige Zeit in Anspruch. Wäh-
rend dieses Vorgangs darf der USB-Stecker oder das
ISP Connect-Kabel nicht getrennt werden, da sonst die
Firmware nicht fehlerfrei gebrannt wird.
The file *.elf can burn on the myEthernet with the
program myAVR ProgTool. Please pay attention to the
correct settings in the tab “Hardware”. An example to
the automatically founded hardware is shown upside.
The burning process takes some time. During this
process the ISP cable must not be separated otherwise
the burning of the firmware is not clean.
