INITIAL SETUP Get set up and start cooking your first meal in less than a minute! 1 Clamp My Sous-Vide onto the side of a cooking pot or similar food safe container.* 2 Make sure My Sous-Vide is upright and stable to allow for proper water circulation. 3 Plug My Sous-Vide into the nearest electrical outlet. (USA models input voltage: 115V) 4 Use the temperature scroll wheel to set your temperature.
