Device control via voice commands
You can now use Google Home to control your smart
devices, using voice commands such as:
“Ok Google, show living room camera”
“Ok Google, stop”.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND/OR FREQUENTLY ASKED
1. What should I do if the device setup process has
failed?
Check that the camera is switched on, if not,
charge it. Reset the camera again according to the
instructions in section 4 of troubleshooting.
Check if your mobile device is connected to a 2.4
GHz Wi-Fi network, the name of the Wi-Fi network
(SSID) should not say “Plus” or “5G”. If in doubt,
you can contact your operator or our technical
support to verify the network.
Check if the devices connected to the router
reach the maximum allowed limit. Please try to
turn o the Wi-Fi function of some devices and
reconfigure the product.
Check if the wireless MAC filtering function of
the router is enabled. Remove the device from
the filter list and make sure that the router is not
prohibiting the camera connection.
Make sure that the password of your Wi-Fi
network entered in the application is correct by
going to the settings of your phone or tablet, click
on “Wi-Fi”, select your network, select forget and
reconnect with the password of your network.
Make sure the camera is in pairing mode: you
should hear “The camera is now ready to begin
pairing”, otherwise press and hold the reset button
for 8 seconds.
Repeat the configuration process.
