Switching Inks
Daily Maintenance
Change Waste Ink
Step 6 :
Empty the waste ink bottles.
Change Tank ? Yes
Step 7 :
Press the
[Value/+]
or
[Value/-]
key to select
“Yes” and press ENTER.

Step 8 :
Press the
[Value/+]
or
[Value/-]
key to select
“Yes” and press ENTER.
Remove Cart
Step 9 :
Remove ink cartridges from the slot.
Set Wash Cart
Head Wash
Step 10 :
Insert the cleaning cartridge to the ink cartridge
slots. Use the special Eco-solvent Transition
Liquid when changing to Eco-solvent ink.
The head wash starts when the cleaning
cartridge is inserted. The cleaning period is
approximately 15 minutes.
Remove Wash Cart
Step 11 :
Remove the cleaning cartridge from the slot.
Head Wash
Step 12 :
The rest of the cleaning fluid in the printer unit is
discharged when the cleaning cartridge is
removed.
Change Waste ink
Step 13 :
Empty the waste ink bottle from the printer unit.
