7.3.2. Cleaning the inside of the printer
(1) Cleaning frequency
Clean once a month.
(2) Cleaning procedure
The following are instructions for cleaning the inside of the printer.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1 : Open the front cover.

Step 2 : Use a soft brush to carefully clean away any dust or dirt on the pressure rollers.
Notes :
• Do not blow off media dust inside the printer using an air dusting machine.
Doing so may cause noise to occur from inside the printer.
Step 3 : Use a cloth soaked in cleaning liquid and squeezes it well, wipe off media dust and ink from the
platen.
