4.14 SERVICE DONE BY AUTHORISED MUTOH TECHNICIAN
This section describes the periodical services which should ONLY be done by an Authorised Mutoh
Technician.
Perform periodical inspections according to the table below.

17 Apply grease on head up-down cams
18 Apply grease on Y-motor belt

21 Change cap assembly maintenance station After 6 months
22 Change maintenance station

23 Change wiper arm assembly and wipers
Notes
All cleaning in Ink areas must be done with Mutoh solvent cleaning solution.
Above maintenance cycle is based on use:
8 hours / day, 5 days / week, 44 weeks / year.
If machine is used more, maintenance periods will come earlier.
