Step 4 : Press the [F4] key to proceed to the next display. Change the Charge (pump) time with the F2 or
F4 key. Confirm with the ENTER key.
Step 5 : Press the ENTER key when following message is displayed.
Step 6 : A timer will start on the display counting down 198 seconds.
In step 2 the pumps will charge for the regulated 180 seconds.
Notes
Please be sure to leave the cover closed while charging.
2.2. Manually stop Charging
It is also possible to stop the charging manually. This could be useful in case the tubings are completely filled
with ink and no charge of ink is needed anymore.
Step 1 : Following screen will be displayed when the pumps are charging ink into the tubings.
Step 2 : By pressing the Menu or Menu key, browse to the Ink Manager Menu > Charge/Discharge >
Charge ALL > STOP
Handle following order
Select ALL with [F2] key
Press F1 to select ALL heads
Select Charge with [F3] key
Press the F4 key to STOP the charge
