3.4 REFILLING INK CASSETTES
Caution
BEFORE USING THE INK AND CLEANING CASSETTES, BE SURE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND THE MSDS- SHEETS
WHICH COME TOGETHER WITH THE INK AND CLEANING CASSETTES.
Follow the steps below to fill the ink cassettes.
Step 1 : If the printer ON, make sure of the following
Performing no printing or other operations.
Make sure that the display on the operation panel shows the normal state.
The MEDIA SET light on the operation panel goes off.
Step 2 : Pull out the little plug on the top of the open cassette.
Step 3 : Place the funnel in the opening of the cassette.
Step 4 : Fill the cassette to a level of 60  62 mm (measured from bottom of cassette) to obtain perfect
printing quality.
Step 5 : Make sure that the display on the operation panel returns to normal status and the LED on the
LED bar lights green (Present)
