5.4.5.2 Ink Manager menu
To choose the smart-chip mode or colour mode and to perform a "Wash" or Ink load".

To select the smart-chip mode manual or Mutoh.

Wash
To wash the print heads.
Refer to Wash menu.
Ink Load
To load ink.
Refer to Ink Load menu.

To choose between the cassettes or the BIS system

[CANCEL] key: shift to the previous hierarchy menu.

To choose whether you want to work with or without smart-chip.

Smart chip
Mutoh
Smart chips are enabled.
The printer recognizes the ink cassettes with smart
chip and keeps track of the ink consumption.
Manual
Smart chip are disabled.
Refer to Manual Smart Chip menu.
