4.4. ASSEMBLY
The assembly of the unwinder / winder 100 is divided into two parts.
¾ Assembling the motorized roll-off/roll-up system
¾ Assembling the tensioning system
4.4.1. Assembling the unwinder / winder 100 and waste bottle
To assemble the unwinder / winder 100 and waste bottle onto the Rockhopper II series printer, please follow
the instructions mentioned onto the CD-rom included with this manual.
Caution :
• Please note it is necessary to remove the scroller receiver before installation of the
unwinder / winder 100.
• Please note that all parts described in the drawings, can slightly be different on the
drawing then in-the-box. This because of revisions.
• Make sure the printer is positioned stable and horizontally (before installation of the
unwinder/winder 100). Make use of a level.
This chapter is divided in two. This because there has to be made a difference between unwinder/winder 100
systems manufactured before 2005 and system manufactured as from 2005.
