3.2. ASSEMBLING THE WINDER 30
The assembly of this product is described below.
Caution :
• When assembling this product, always work with two people or more.
Refer to the following items according to the model to be used before assemble the product.
• For 50” / 64”
• Refer to ‘Assembling the winder 30 (for 50” / 64”)’ and ‘Connecting the power cable’
• For 87”
• Refer to ‘Assembling the winder 30 (for 87”)’ and ‘Connecting the power cable’
3.2.1. Assembling the winder 30 (for 50” / 64”)
Assemble the product according to the following procedure.
Step 1 : Install the winder 30 to the stand according to the following procedure.
A ) : Attach the winder 30 motorized unit to the right side of the stand.
B ) : Using the attached hexagon wrench (diagonal diameter 5 mm), tighten the four hexagon
socket head cap screws (M6x60) to install the winder 30 motorized unit.

Step 2 : Install the media sensor to the stand.
A ) : Attach the media sensor and the two wing bolts (M3x8) under the bottom of the winder
30 motorized unit.
