Remove all batteries if the unit is not going to be used for a long period of time. 1 With the speaker AC adapter disconnected, open the battery cover. 2 Install eight (8) C size batteries taking care to follow the battery polarity markings on the battery compartment.

The green Link Status LED starts to blink slowly to indicate the sender is plugged in and in Standby mode. 2 Press the Power switch on the front panel of the speakers. The green Status LED starts to flash to indicate the receiver is plugged in and in Standby mode.

Dry the apparatus immediately afterwards with a clean cloth.
