User access management
In OfficeBridge, you can record the number of pages used for copy, fax, scan, and print
functions per user or group.
NOTE
To manage the usage per user or user group, register the users and user groups in
advance. For details, see “Registering users” (page 2-2). To manage print function
usage, register the user at “User Authentication” on the printer driver in advance. For
details on the printer driver settings, see chapter 1, “Installing to Windows” in the
Printer Guide.
