Condition
Settings
Select the condition to use for distribution from the
pull-down menu.
You can select the following conditions.
All incoming fax documents:
Targets all incoming fax documents.
Fax Number:
Targets documents received from the specified fax
number.
Unknown Sender / Junk fax:
*1
Targets documents received from fax machines
whose fax numbers are not registered on their
machines.
Fax No. matches in Adr book:
*1
Targets documents received from the fax numbers
registered in the address book.

Search
Parameter
Select the search parameter from the pull-down
menu. These parameters are available when you have
selected “Fax Number” for “Conditions”.
The search parameters you can select are indicated
below.
Equal: Searches for items that exactly match the
specified string.
Initial: Searches for items that start with the specified
string.
Final: Searches for items that end with the specified
string.
Any: Searches for items that include the specified
string.

Destination

Destination Select where to distribute the fax.
Select “User”, “Address Book”, or “Folder” from the
pull-down menu, and click [Select]. When you are
using MFX-3510, simply click [Select].
Displays a list of the destinations set in “Destinations”
(page 4-7).
NOTE
•Todeleteadestinationfromthedestinationlist,
select the checkbox for the destination, and click
[Delete].
•Toselectallthedestinationsdisplayedinthe
destination list, select the top checkbox.

Auto Print Prints the received fax from the machine.
Select [ON] to print the document, or [OFF] to not
print it.
