Changing groups

Log in to OfficeBridge (page 1-4).

Click [User Information].

Click [Address Book].

Click [Group].

Select the group to change from personal or shared.
If you have logged in to administrator screen or as a guest, you can select only the shared
group.

Click the number or name of the group to change.

To delete a destination, select the checkbox for the destination to delete in the
group edit area on the right side of the screen.
•To select all the displayed destinations, select the top checkbox.
•Click the same checkbox to deselect the item.

Click [Delete], and then [OK].

To add a destination, select the destination to add in the address book list on
the left, and click a transmission destination registration button.

Click [Save].
Click [Back] not to save the setting and return to the “Address Book” screen.
