Receiving Faxes

· Check the caller’s re-

quest, and then press

START to hang up the

handset.

· When the caller is man-

ually transmitting, there

might be no sound when

the handset is picked up,

so conﬁrm on the phone

if no one is on the line

before pressing START.

· When you hear fax tones

(“beep-beep-beep”), it

is a fax call coming in.

When you answer the

call using the handset,

press START.

· When you answer the

call using an addition-

ally connected phone,

p re s s S TA R T o n t h e

control panel to begin

reception. (Hang up the

handset after reception.)
