Close the “Network and Sharing Center” dialog box.

Select “Everyone (All users in this list)” from the list, and click [Add].

Change the “Permission Level” to “Co-owner”.

Click [Share].

Click [Done].

Click the “Sharing” tab, and select [Advanced Sharing...].
