仕様書番号 Drawing No. JGB45-0440A 11. 使用上の注意 P. 7/9 Caution for Use 11-1 本体を素手で扱わないで下さい。本体を素手で扱うと、短期間で錆が生じます。 Please do not touch the component with bare hand because electrode may be corroded. 11-2 本体中央部に荷重をかけると、セラミックにクラックを生じることがあります。周辺支持にて使用する際は、支持部のみに荷重をかけて取り扱って下さい。 Applying load on the center area of the component may cause clack in the ceramic element. When the component is supported by edge, the load should be only applied around edge.

And avoid such places where there are large temperature changes. Please store the products under the following conditions : Temperature : -10 to +40 (degree C) Humidity : 15 to 85% R.H.
