greater than any of these conditions may adversely affect long-term
reliability. Proper operation under conditions other than those listed
in the Performance/Functional Specifi cations Table is not implied nor
recommended.
Maximum Ratings Notes
The transient specifi cations indicate that sample lots were success-
fully tested for 100 mS at the transient stress voltage and were not
damaged. As a practical matter in your application, it is often diffi cult
to determine how long an input overvoltage was applied. Therefore,
do not exceed the continuous voltage rating.
