EkoTek Fob – Quick Instructions
Button Functions
Send Assist call (1 or 2 pushes - configured
by Supervisor)
Button Function :
1) Clear Assist call (short press)
2) Power ON/OFF (long press)
3) Check if on network (short press)
(LED : one flash = off network
two flashes = on network)
LED – normally OFF
When Assist button pressed :
Slow flash - alarm being sent
2 fast flashes - alarm delivered
3 fast flashes - alarm accepted
Beep & Vibrate
Operation of beep and vibrate is set by the Supervisor at the Hub.
The Call Fob beep/vibrate (if enabled) is used to indicate a change in
the status of an assist call and operates in conjunction with the LED
flashes on the Call Fob.
Other beeps :
Periodic double beep – low battery
Triple beep – out of range of an EkoTek network
Connecting to a Network
If the Fob has been taken off-network, press the black button when in
range of a network to make the Fob quickly re-join the network (e.g.
when arriving at work in the morning).
