4. You now need to free up the COM port connection
(currently being used by the MultiVOIP program) so
that the HyperTerminal program can use it. To do
this, you can either (a) click on Connection in the
sidebar and select “Disconnect” from the drop-
down box, or (b) close down the MultiVOIP
program altogether.
5. Open the HyperTerminal program.
