Some PBXs will not ‘hand off’ the “8” or “9” to the voip.
But for those PBX units that do, it’s important to enter the
“8” or “9” in the “Remove Prefix” field in the Outbound
Phonebook. This precludes the problem of having to
make two inbound phonebook entries at remote voips,
