Toverifythattheinstallationisworking:
1. HighlightthemodemandthenclickProperties.
2. APropertiespanelopensfortheMulti‐Techmodem.ClicktheDiagnosticstab,thenclickQueryModem.
WindowsqueriestheMulti ‐Techmodem.Ifthisprocesspasses,thesecondboxonthisscreenshowsthe
columnsCommand andResponse.
