5.5.Testing the FUN BILLBOARD DEMO installation

Here are a few steps that will assure your system works properly:

Sending a message from mobile phone to the system FUN BILLBOARD:

Using your mobile phone create a test message and send it to the number of the SIM

card inside the GSM terminal. Give it a minute – the delays are normal on any GSM

networks. After a moment your message should appear on the main screen (wall) and in

the upper left corner of the „Admin console”.

Sending the message from the system FUN BILLBOARD to mobile phone:

Check the radio button next to the “Send private SMS” and enter your phone number. In

the field “Enter your message here” write your test message and click the “Send” button

(Fig. 11). After a few moments you should receive the message on your phone.

NOTE: Make sure that your SIM card and associated account allows you for sending the

messages, that you are not over your limit and that you have a credit with your provider.
