13.28 AT^SSMSS Set Short Message Storage
Sequence
Description: The short message storage “MT” (see AT+CPMS) is a logical storage. It consists of two
physical storages “ME” and “SM”. This command allows to select the sequence of
addressing this storage.
Test Command Syntax: AT^SSMSS=?
Response: ^SSMSS: (list of supported) <seq>s
Read Command Syntax: AT^SSMSS?
Response: ^SSMSS: <seq>
OK
Write Command Syntax: AT^SSMSS=<seq>
Response: OK
Parameter Description:
<seq>
MT sequence
0 “MT” storage is “ME” then “SM”. Default.
1 “MT” storage is “SM” then “ME”
Note: Access to the SIM storage is faster. For compatibility with previous software re-leases, the
“MT” sequence <seq>=0 is the factory default.
