13.19 AT^SCMR Read Concatenated Short
Messages
Description: The write command returns the message with location value <index> from message
storage <mem1> to the TE.
If status of the message is ‘received unread’, status in the storage changes to ‘received
read’. See notes of AT+CMGR.
