Unsolicited Result Code:
+CCCM: <ccm> When activated, an unsolicited result code is sent when the CCM value changes, but
not more often than every 10 seconds.
Notes:
When you power down or reset the ME with AT+CFUN=1,1 the URC presentation mode will be reset to its
default. To benefit from the URC it is recommended to have the setting included in the user profile saved with
AT&W, or to select <n>=1 every time you reboot the ME.

9.3 AT+CAMM Accumulated Call Meter Maximum
(ACMmax) Set or Query
Description: The read command returns the current ACMmax value. ACMmax contains the maximum
number of home units allowed to be consumed by the subscriber.
The write command sets the Advice of Charge related to the accumulated call meter
maximum value in SIM file EF (ACMmax).

Response: OK

9.4 AT+CAOC Advice of Charge Information
Description: The Execute command returns the current call meter value. The write command sets
the Advice of Charge supplementary service function mode.
