2. Voicemail: The CPD database may be accessed via any telephone using an

interactive voicemail interface. Privacy is protected by requiring the use of a

personal identification number (PIN).

3. Website: The CPD database may also be accessed through the Internet using a

common web browser. The CPD website is password protected, requiring that the

user enter the CPD phone number as a username and the voicemail PIN as a

password.
