usa
Displays all UniVerse print queues.
Example:
Printer: LP1 Q: on P: on Form: <EmptyForm>
no entries.
Printer: lp3 Q: on P: on Form: <EmptyForm>
no entries.
Printer: LP4 Q: on P: on Form: <EmptyForm>
usa –p LPn
Displays LPn UniVerse print queue.
lpstat
Displays all AIX print queues.
lpstat –plpn
Displays all AIX print queues.
rmdev –l ttyn
Puts ttyn in a defined state.
Example:
root:/# rmdev -l tty8
tty8 Defined
mkdev –l ttyn
Reconfigures ttyn, makes available.
Example:
root:/# mkdev -l tty8
tty8 Available
stty –a < /dev/tty
Displays characteristics of ttyn.
lsdev –Cc dev_class
-Cc tape
-Cc disk
-Cc concentrator
-Cc adapter
-Cc tty
Displays devices and their current state.
Displays tape drives.
Displays disk drives.
Displays all concentrators.
Displays all adapters.
Displays all ttys.
lscfg|pg
Displays current system configuration.
