VSI-FAX Administrator Server Commands
Use the following additional server commands, as needed.
• vfxadmin license -l
Determines the number of VSI-WIN client licenses purchased.
Client licenses are listed under the “License 2” section as “num users = #.”
• vfxadmin license _pfxclient
Updates the number of client licenses after purchasing additional licenses:
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter new license and key information.
• vfxadmin user -l | more
Lists all VSI-WIN client users.
• vfxadmin user -l | grep yes | more
Lists VSI-WIN client users that are assigned a license.
• vfxadmin user -t lic=no login-name
Removes license from VSI-WIN client user (user remains registered):
Where login-name is the client user’s login name.
• vfxadmin user -x login-name
Removes VSI-WIN client user (user is completely removed):
Where login-name is the client user’s login name.
• vfxadmin user -L login-name
Adds license to VSI-WIN user:
Where login-name is the client user’s login name.
• vfxadmin user -n"Full Name" login-name
Changes client user's full name.
Where Full Name is the client user’s full name and where login-name is the client user’s
login name.
