AIX & UniVerse Software Upgrades and Services

On occasion, IBM charges for upgrades and services to the following software:

• AIX operating system software.

• UniVerse database software.

Intuit Eclipse passes IBM's charges on to our customers. Implementation of the upgrades, if done

during normal business hours, is covered by your Support contract. After-hours charges might

apply to scheduled after-hours upgrades.

Data Corruption

Data corruption repair is a chargeable item, if the corruption is caused by something outside the

scope of the Eclipse system. Intuit Eclipse bills this service at an hourly rate, with a 2-hour

minimum.
