If you suspect that you have a hardware problem, call Intuit Eclipse System Support
immediately. Do not call IBM. When you call, give us a description of the problem and your
hardware model type and serial number. We will contact IBM and arrange an on-site visit, if
necessary.
Important: We want the opportunity to work with the IBM representative on site so
there is no confusion about the configuration of your system. Please insure
that we are called prior to IBM starting any remediation efforts!
Scheduled After-Hours Maintenance/Upgrades
Scheduled after-hours maintenance is performed at a mutually agreed upon time between Intuit
Eclipse and the client.
Intuit Eclipse bills scheduled after-hours maintenance at an hourly rate, with a 2-hour minimum.
Custom Programming Services
Custom programming services are available to Intuit Eclipse customers.
Intuit Eclipse bills these services at an hourly rate, plus expenses as necessary, with a 2-hour
minimum.
Custom Forms Service
You can select standard forms, requiring no additional programming, from the Intuit Eclipse
forms package.
Intuit Eclipse bills any programming services required to customize these forms at an hourly
rate, with a 2-hour minimum.
Re-integration of Custom Code Charges
Each and every time you install a new release of Eclipse, you will incur a charge for re-
integration of any custom code in your system. Any custom modifications that we have installed
in your system are subject to re-integration charges.
Intuit Eclipse bills custom charges on a time and materials basis at the current rate in effect at the
time of re-integration.
Note: With a new release, you might find that custom modifications are no longer
necessary. Before installing a new release, we recommend that you review
your custom modifications and evaluate the enhancements in the new
release.
