This command generates a status message for
display on the system supervisor console display.
The message is in the following format:

BLOCKS RECEIVED : 0
RECEIVE BLOCK ERRORS : 0

REMOTE DOWNS : 0
RECEIVE FLOW CONTROL TIME: 00 HRS 00 MIN 00 SEC.
AUTOMATIC REPORTING : OFF 19200 BAUD
