Description: Sets the length of the pause caused by a
comma inserted in a dialing command.

Description: Sets the time delay for when the modem
first detects a valid incoming carrier signal
and when the modem turns on its Carrier
Detect circuit.

Description: Sets the time a carrier signal must be lost
before the modem disconnects.
