If the value provisioned is not committed to non-volatile memory, temporary values are deleted at the end
of the following call or if $QCMIPP is called.

Medium Data Rate $QCMDR
Set command changes the medium data rate settings.
Read command displays the current setting:
$QCMDR:(value)
Test command returns the parameter range:
$QCMDR:(0-3)

Parameters and Values
<store_nv> Set medium data rate.
0 MDR service only.
1 MDR service if available.
2 LSPD only.
3 SO 33, if available.
Note
When the AT$QCMIP=1 or 2, AT$QCMDR is always fixed at 3 and cannot be changed. It is necessary to
change $QCMIP=0 first to change $QCMDR to 0-3 and it also means not using Mobile IP but Simple IP only.
